Bory Library

Team and individual study rooms

  • 1st floor entrance hall – 3 team study rooms for 9–12 people, they also function as night study rooms after the end of the opening hours of the Bory Library
  • 2nd floor – 2 team study rooms with a computer (UB228 interactive whiteboard) for 11–15 people; 9 individual study rooms, 4 of which are equipped with a computer

Night study rooms in Bory Library

From Monday to Thursday, students have the opportunity to continue working even after the Bory Library is closed in the study rooms located in the hall on the 1st floor of the library. The key can be borrowed from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Reservations for the selected time can be arranged no later than 19:30. On Fridays, the study rooms are not rented for the night.

The Education Library

Chodské reading room (address: Chodské nám. 1, ground floor, room CH104): open shelf collection with textbooks for primary and secondary schools, 22 study places, of which 3 are equipped with computers.

Klatovská group study room (2nd floor, room KL 328): 12 study places, of which 2 are equipped with computers. Study room can be reserved by phone (+420 377 637 733), email (pujcped@uk.zcu.cz) or in person at the library front desk.

Arts and Law Library

2 group study rooms (1st floor – room PS210, 2nd floor – room PS310): 10 study places and 1 computer in each, on the 2nd floor a terminal for access to DNNT

Clubroom (ground floor): seating capacity: 15,a place for relaxation, refreshments or student events (reservation required)
