We are the ordering point for printing services from external suppliers. For more information on how goods and services are ordered at the University of West Bohemia, please visit the Purchasing and Logistics department’s website.

You can order printing services using the electronic request form in IS MAGION (instructions, Czech only).

In addition to the application form, we will also need from you:

• Public tender ID number (can be requested in the Proposal Records system)
• If your request was evaluated as exceeding the limit (i.e., under the DNS procedure) then the completed form print specifications of the publication (Czech only) or other print specifications (Czech only, in the case of leaflets, posters, etc.) as well.
